Celestine Kronberger (he/they) is a graphic designer and comic artist based in Rotterdam. He lives two different lives at the moment. Most of his time is spent designing visuals for the Rotterdam cultural scene. Since his internship for Weelde Celestine (steen for short), has been an active part in their visual team, contributing to Weelde Festival and Weelde Nacht.

The other time steen spends realizing his graphic novel ‘Framed’ that he has been working on since his graduation in 2024. 
As a comic maker, he sees comics as lens, which to view the world in. Making sense of a big whole through small fragments, vignettes of life, that if looking closely reveal a truth — a deep understanding, a way of learning that is fostered by a practice of re-examining and re-contextualising.
